So how does this work?

We have added a diagram below to show you in detail how the auctions work. It's an easy concept. One of the most asked questions we get asked is "How can you afford to sell items like Ipods for 25p etc"

As you are aware, we offer 2 methods to buy bids, you can purchase them using a debit or credit card or you can complete a free trial with one of our partners. These bids therefore cost you money! Each bid can cost as little as 10p to as much as £1 depending on the package you purchase. You have the same chance no matter what you buy. It's all down to timing, skill and a little luck.

Every time someone bids, we make money. So if for example 100 people bid in an auction for £10 cash, we would make our money from the 100 bids + the cost of the auction. We don't always make a profit from each auction, that's the fun of auctions. Sometimes auctions can go on for a long period of time, others can end very quickly.

Free Bids

Sometimes, we offer an incentive to register with us, this can be free bids or a free gift or a free bonus when you top up. This allows you to try our site and enjoy the fun of bidding.

I have won!

Great stuff, you will receive 2 emails from us, one telling you that you have won an auction and one asking you to make the payment shown. This is the amount you bid. (For example if you won the auction show below (sample auction) you would have to pay 34p plus any delivery/handling charges.

Once payment has been received, we will do our best to rush your item to you.

Delivery

All winning auctions are subject to verfication, once we have asked you for payment, then your auction win has been confirmed. Once payment is received you will need to allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please note, winners of cash will receive their winnings by Cheque or Postal Order or direct to Paypal

Paypal

Please note, Echeques (an option available on PayPal) will take up to 10 days to clear (We recomend that you do not use this option).

Credits

You can purchase bids at any time using your credit or debit card, if you pay using Paypal (excluding ECheques) the bids will be allocated in real time (IE once payment has been processed) your bids will be available. If you choose an ECheque option you will have to allow up to 10 days (We will contact you to confirm this). Please also note that NON UK residents and NON VERIFIED PAYPAL users may not receive credits until our Security department have processed your transaction. We may request proof of ID in some cases and may refuse such transactions.
